CNTC India Projects, a JV Real Estate and Infrastructure company has developed a CSR Policy which is in alignment with the principles, values and objectives of a socially and environmentally responsible corporate entity. This Policy lays down the rules, mechanisms and undertakings of various programs in accordance with legal parameters.
The Policy will apply to all CSR Programs and activities undertaken by CNTC India Projects for its different properties at various locations and offering all the assistance for the benefit of diverse sections of the society.
While the term , Corporate Social Responsibility is widely used today, the concept behind it is not new to CNTC India. Our responsibilities are towards those who invests in our projects and services, to our employees, to the communities in which we live and work, and to all our stakeholders.
Accordingly, our Corporate Social Responsibility (‘CSR’) policy is rooted in the JV’s core values of quality, reliability and trust guided by international standards and best practices, and driven by our aspiration for excellence in the overall performance of our business.
The CSR Policy will be amended as and when required at the discretion of the Board from time to time

During the span of its operations, CNTC India Projects has conceptualised and executed programs in areas of education, sports, community welfare, environment and healthcare, to address the needs of the community.
